No 20/4 fast today. I woke up with ridiculous hunger pangs this morning which water would not quell, and decided to grab a Met-Rx bar.
On a normal fasting day, I don't wake up hungry. So the fact that I was to this extent indicated to me that my body was trying to tell me something. I've been doing a 20/4 fast daily for 4 weeks now, and today was the first time that this happened.

Hmmm - did you lift last night? I usually do 16:8 or 18:6 but drink Bulletproof Coffee in the morning and the fat holds me over

Day off every Wednesday. I also don't do bulletproof coffee as I am not "low carb".

Something in the air Chad. Me too. Hungrier than normal on a fast day but working through it. Overdid my normal indulgences this past week so maybe this is the aftereffects of that. I 5:2 and 18:6 but I eat what I want. In my case, exercising more could also be the culprit

Change it up for a day or two then restart your 4 weeks. Can't hurt?

Bulletproof is high fat which satiates my appetite...with all your muscle you could probably eat about anything....:)
