Thanks folks - but yeah, i have been on this journey since 2010 - and fluctuations are normal, no alarm here at all. It is one of the reasons I didn't track my daily weigh in here - like Bill says, all over the map. Down 2, up 4, down 1, up 2, etc. I just thought it was stupid that I was tracking my daily weight and copying down all my food content (to find correlations), when this site is suppose to be exactly for that purpose. I can web scrape down and analyze the data - it all sits on FS. I beat my OCD's compulsion! :)

I agree about the fluctuations. Still the green arrow is always welcome, even if only for placebo effect. :)
