After no loss over the last two weeks, due to going off plan during family visit, it looks like I am back on track and lost what I needed to this week to maintain my 10 lbs per month goal. More importantly I just hit my orange bar meaning I'm 1/4 of the way there and lost another belt notch so a real good week.
I started this diet about 2 months ago with the primary target of getting back into a Zorro, yes Zorro, costume that I grew out of for a Halloween party that is now this Saturday. I am happy to report that Zorro will ride once again chicas. Thank goodness, cause my other costume is Capt Kirk, and know one wants to see a fat Capt Kirk.
