Not feeling all that great this morning. The weather is changing in the Northeast now and I've had a sinus headache now for the last day and a half. I wish I could shake it and feel better. On the brighter side, 10 months ago I was 200 pounds - I am now 185. So I have been losing 1.5 lbs per month on the average. Now if I can just continue to do that through the end of the year I can get down to 182 by this January coming up and set up my new goals. It is not funny that it took me less than 6 months to go from 181 to 200 and a year to go from 200 back down to 181.
