It's post Indulgence Day. Weight is up, as always, and it's okay. I am today 84.7 kgs, gained 2.4 kgs since yesterday! :)
I'm sure it's gone by next Saturday morning's weigh in as always. It's good to know how I react to these things, so I don't freak out (as much) any longer. Once you get into the habit of the Indulgence Days, they're a nice breather.
Since it's Sunday I always suffer from the munchies. It happens every time - I think it's due to the extra calories consumed the previous day. It's okay too, I just gotta stay away from the sweets, which can be a little demanding.
For lunch today I made "awesome tomato soup". I made it from a can of tomatoes with herbs, onion, jalapeno, indian curry powder, pepper, a bouillon cube and a few other things. It is REALLY good, I'm enjoying it as I am writing this.
I've had a few very busy days - they've been so much fun, but also exhausting. We had to abandon watching a movie last night, as I was falling asleep at 9 PM. I was SO tired. I finally got some sleep last night, and I feel like I am back to normal.
I also did my exercise DVD this morning, and really enjoyed getting back to it after skipping yesterday.
Since I went straight from work to go set up music gear last Friday, there was no option of going to the gym for me. I gotta say, I really miss it. I'm looking forward to going again tomorrow. Wow. I can't believe I just stated that I MISS THE GYM! I never thought that would be something I'd do. I do miss it and I can't wait to go do it.
Also, I want to apologize to you guys for not reading your journals these last few days - it's been so hectic around here, that I only got to check out a few briefly - I really enjoy to read what you guys are up to and I really like following up with you. I hope to be back to normal by tomorrow.

- SLEEP!
- Tomato soup
- 2nd attempt of watching the movie from yesterday
