Got up at usual time yesterday, 7:30am, did my exercise, ate breakfast and could barely stay awake for the morning. Finally gave in to a nap mid-day. Slept til 7pm, wow. Must have been from the midnight chat with my daughter in university. Oh well. By that point, it was past dinner time, and I was oddly not hungry. Of course, stupid stomach decided at bedtime, HEY FEED ME! Yeah, sorry tummy, not gonna happen!
