Day Two...I'm doing it; I'm actually keeping with something. Usually this is the time when I start to stray from my eating plan. (I know, and it's only day two!!) Yesterday was a pretty good day. I wasn't very active, but I got a lot of things accomplished yesterday. I did quite a bit of housework, so that definitely burned some calories. I'm going to try and start back running. I really wanted to start back with P90X, but that just doesn't look realistic right now. School starts back in eighteen days, and after that I won't have time to devote an hour each day to exercise. My goal is to start running (starting tomorrow) 2 miles for the first two weeks. I think I can do it; no, I know I can do it!!
Yesterday, I really stuck with my new eating lifestyle. I want to live like God intended. I don't want to live to eat; I want to eat to live! i stuck very well with it yesterday, and only swayed for happy hour at sonic. I still however managed to be with my calorie count...YAY! This is possible. I can change my life.
Today's goals- . Eat less fats more proteins . go for healthier carb options . Do some form of exercise for thirty minutes . drink lots of water and end the day with a cup of green tea
