Overall great day yesterday. Stayed within points for the day and even got some time in at the gym. Hubby had a basketball game at the gym so while he was playing, I rode the bike for about twenty minutes. Unfortunately that was all there was time for. Talked to the front desk and they close at 8:30 every night which makes me sad because I simply don't have time in the evenings to get there before 7:45 or 8. Although doing a small 30 minute workout would be better than nothing, I feel like I am just getting started when I hit 20 minutes. I did find out, however, that because it is a military gym and I am a dependent that they offer free personal training to anyone who had a military ID! So for those of you that have one and have access to gym facilities on any base, you should definitely look into it! Beats the heck out of paying for it at a public gym! As odd as it may sound, I would totally go to spend the short amount of time in the gym with a personal trainer because I would be getting so much more out of it. Unfortunately they are completely booked right now, but I won't be ready to start that until around mid-March or early April anyway. The guy said that by then, they should definitely have some space available. I should be able to get most if not all of my good health guidelines in today and will hopefully get a walk or bike ride in this evening. So far my goal of using less of my weekly points is going great! Hopefully today will be as successful as yesterday! :)
