I am hitting the "reset button." For the first week and half, I wasn't eating enough calories (averaging 700 calories/day). This caused my weight loss to stop and my metabolism to slow. So, this last weekend, I have gone off the diet and eaten around 2000 calories a day in order to "reset" my body and metabolism. I am planning my food out for the week to average 1200 calories/day (the minimum daily intake recommended for a woman). I'm going to try to exercise to keep the calorie deficit as high as before. I'll monitor to see if this works.
