3rd day and all is good, feeling full after eating and keepin cals low. Was able to get a small workout in. I hope as I lose the weight and get back into shape it helps to control the amount I sweat. I sweat just looking at anything that takes effort. Also, picked up a self help/sales book today and looking forward to reading it. I think I might work on the amount of TV I watch, thinking maybe 2hrs max a night, currently about 3-4. I am also on the road tonight and think I was able pick wisely for meals. I still wonder if I am getting the correct cals when entering a prepared meal that is not in the system? Tonights, I had to break down each item.

HI! Sometimes when you make your homemade dinners you do have to entry everything and break it right down. Other times if you know the calories for you whole meal you can add meal with the portions calories! Once you add it, you just have to add that one thing not everything every time. You can also build your own recipes and FS will figure out how many calories are in a serving for you. All the best are your journey! Sounding motivated! Keep in the game!
