Tomorrow I weigh in. Hope I lost at least 2 lbs. I had a difficult weekend. Appetizers at one friends house and dinner at another. But I did well and did not go over on sugar or carbs.

I was starting to panic this week, because I'm going out of town to a conference this weekend. I'm volunteering to help at registration and one of the coordinators indicated that she would be ordering us pizza or Panera's. I just let her know not worrying about me, because I would be bringing my own snacks. So I've decided to take almonds and I just found this protein bar that has 0 sugar. It may have to act as a meal so I think it' ok that it has 25 carbs.I just tried one as a snack this afternoon and they're not bad.

Good job on planning ahead! I find that is the only way to make this work when you are outside the home environment. I will have to try the thinkThin bar - love the 0 sugar concept! I weigh in tomorrow too, and am hoping for a few pounds off. I have been struggling to find the right balance of calories for good wieght loss.
