I've come so much further than I could have possibly imagined a year ago. There is so much personal satisfaction when you can say you've done it on your own than when you rely on someone or something. Every bit of this is me and I'm not done yet. Soon once finances are a little more stable I want to get to the gym and begin to work on muscle mass. I think it will help me with the pain that I encounter daily that put me in this large body to begin with. I am excited for the days to come and now that I finally seem to keep going and not plateauing I finally feel this goal is attainable. I know it will take a lot more time and a lot more determination. I want to walk my first marathon this summer. I dream someday to run a marathon; something doctors have told me I should never do with my knees. I refuse to let life pass me by any longer. With the exception of constant pain this is the best I've felt in my life and I won't stop now. Not for anything or anybody!
