Got a biopsy done yesterday was told to expect a slight cramp slight ma ass was sick after it was done. To get the procedure done i was told to loose 65 lbs i have 6 months have more tests to do first that will take time. been told not to exercise for 2 days i can barely move without the pain getting worse no chance i will be exercising today well maybe just a few short walks but not going to push myself
