Will not be logging my diet or exercise for the next few days. This is so that I sort things out with myself. I need to change my thought patterns, prepare a plan for myself, initial the plan, and then execute. At that point, I will start logging exercise and diet. There's no point in keeping a log for a bad diet and no exercise. Good health and weight loss starts with stepping back, analyzing your current state, determining what needs to be done, making a plan for how to execute that requirement, then executing and sticking to that plan. I am now rewinding, resetting, and restarting, this time with the intention of being more serious with my goals. In a nutshell, cut out ALL sugars, reduce carbs, and consume more proteins and fibers, all within planned daily caloric requirements.
