I see many people still eating stuff they can really avoid. It takes will power. You must eliminate all bagels, please. This is the worst kind of food you can eat. It's all about chemistry and bagels will ruin you, I promise. Eliminate all sugar. Yes, completely eliminate it. If you want to protect yourself from many of the diseases out there, including cancer, then stop eating sugar or anything that has sugar as an ingredient. If you fail this task, you will also fail. There's no 2 ends about it. Stop the sugar craze. NOW! Please.

Also vegan diets don't work. They simply don't work. Trust me. If you're a religious vegan, you will not like what I have to say. You need to eat animal proteins and the fat that comes with them. Also, try to get your meat from your local farm. Yes, drive to the farm and get it. You want to loose weight, don't you? And you want to be healthy, don't you?

But, the most critical thing you need to avoid, and I'll say this again, stop consuming sugar and any product that contains sugar as an ingredient. Some fruits are acceptable, but still -- if you would avoid any type of fruit, you will loose weight much faster.
