I have to say this today...after working out ..day in and day out ...for last 1 month...average of 40 to 45 kms in total...so much of other excercises like ...stretching, yoga..rope works..and more concious on eating...hell...still am yet to reduce a concrete 2 kg from my beginning weight of last month...it started with 81 something...kg...and still am in 79 something kg...why this is happening...GOD...i need that patience..within me...please. I need that consistency..very much now...feeling slightly frustrated...but not the right way..i know..lets see...i am not going to stop by that..i will continue...and reach that goal numbers..i still have 4 weeks in my challenge to reduce 4 kg..hope i reach it for sure..

Stick with it! Do you record your food intake? If not, maybe try that and see if you're going a little over more than you know. I know that food is my downfall. I really have to watch my intake or I won't lose. I have a job where I sit a lot, so I need more exercise than I get, but until that happens I have to watch my food.

That's right! Try to follow what you are eating. Some small snacks make a big deal or even if you think your eating habits are ok, maybe your body doesn't think so! Also don't forget about muscles! That really might bet muscle weight, not fat! Cheer up!
