I substituted my protein shake, my afternoon fruit, and 1 cup of my evening popcorn for 38 ounces of Miller Lite. Hmmmmmm.... I wonder how this will play out on the scale next week. Calorie wise, I'm still okay. However, I'm guessing Miller Lite is not considered a 'healthy choice'. Guess I'll find out...
