Somebody commented on my journal when i was about to have a romatic dinner with my hubbie, that i should go for a romantic walk instead...
i would agree with you 100% if not for my foot, see? i can't walk for long distances...
12 to 15 june i have an awsome vacation planned with my horse. and after that i probably get my foot put in a casc (spelled wrong? plaster around your foot like they do when it is broken) for 3 months.
god help me with the diet then. I do not look forward to this period, and i think i am glad when i come out not having gained anything... i do not expect to loose any weight in those times... You will see a lot of me here of fatsecret then i suppose, asking and begging for help (*lol*) I am also going to ask my dokter to assign me to a health-coach (but only if they are provided for by my health ensurance, else it is too costly)
I like the way kingkeld always end his journal with the thankfull- notes. So i'm going to copycat that from him...
today i'm thankfull for: - my son - steady income, and a roof over my head - diet coke.
