i'm ba-haaaack

today i had a craving like lots of cravings i had in the last few days. i did my thing, but it was hard work and slow going. i just missed my swung... the kind of swung that got me at 91 kilo, and the kind of swung i need to further loose weight... my next goal of 88.5 could just as well be 60 kilos because both seem just as far out of reach....

but just now i stood in front of the fridge and looked at all the tempting possibilities. we did our grocery today, so it was stocked.but suddenly i could hear and feel clearly. my inner voice that used to be soo weak saying. stop.

and more remarkable ... i listened.

oh yes i have a serious problem with food. but today i felt on my way to recovery.

so to all of you struggling out there. your innervoice may be weak and small fron the years of neglect, but after 7 months and 20 kilo's it will come to you. and the much needed voice will go strong.

Isn't that a great feeling?!?! FINALLY feeling like you're in control over the food verses the food controlling you... I had that feeling day 7 in to my diet... then it went away and hasn't been back since. HA! BUT, I'm determined to bring it back!
