So, I finally managed to only eat 2 krackerwheat and no chocolate digestives
We had fajitas for dinner.. I overestimated the Cals at 1/4 total serving, but it was easier than working out 1/8 of a pepper etc. Avoided the tortillas and the rice New bottle of ACV arrived yesterday.. that normally curbs my appetite a bit.👍👍
Not as hangry today, hopefully my carb cravings are subsiding🤔 Ate WAY too much fat yesterday, but at least it took the edge off my raging hunger and meant I didn't go overboard on carbs. Phew! Yesterday was my hardest day in a LONG time. Gcse Japanese results today., then taking my daughters out for lunch. Will try to avoid the soda bread and aim for another pound in the jar!
Plan for today: ACV Plenty of water 20g carbs 1100 locals NO SODA BREAD
