Beat check out I want an egg with one soft, mashed banana. I used about half teaspoon cinnamon, half teaspoon honey, and just a pinch of nutmeg. Meanwhile, melt a generous tablespoon of coconut oil and spoon "batter" into a hot skillet Fry on medium-low heat until golden brown, just a few minutes each side. I topped mine with crushed, toasted walnuts and a little bit of honey.  

Wow, voice typing did not work well. Should read, Beat together one egg with one soft, mashed banana. Let me know if anything else needs clarification.  

I did see the -rexipe' in an older post you made. add an egg to very ripe and mashes banana and cook till browned? will try!
