I am home from my latest work outing. I am happy to say that I got some extra and much needed sleep while i was away this time. We sat for literally 9 hours a day in these seminars and my hips hurt from sitting so much, but on the breaks and the evenings we walked. The campus is in an oval shape so we just did laps and we weren't the only ones. It felt so good to move our bodies.
The eating wasn't too bad, I remember correctly and it was a lot of pasta. So I will be working on burning that off this week. Now back to our regularly scheduled programming, whatever that is. HA!
