Another month is almost gone, time goes way too fast. The bronchitis is on it's way to being gone with the dang cough lingering especially when I do anything active. Doesn't help for exercise. Hope it goes away soon as the ice rink near work opens Nov 4. I love to head there after work for 1/2 hour to an hour a few times a week if it's not too cold and windy. It's location tends to turn into a wind tunnel.
I tried to track this week but haven't been really successful as trying to use up things already prepped and stored. They aren't in my cookbook so hard to track properly. I know I've been over some much of the week but even without a scale can tell a little of the weight from the meds is dropping, probably most fluids from the steroids.
This weekend will be harvesting the remaining herbs from the garden today as there is a hard frost predicted for tonight. I also need to do some work on my unfinished coop so it is snug for the winter. I would love to get the run finished as I have a 4 day weekend next week, hoping the weather co-operates.
My team at work is starting a squat challenge Monday for the month of November. So will be interesting to see if my teammates stick with it. I'm betting that I won't be sore and they all will be. I'm the old lady as the rest of the team is in their 20's or 30's except one man as he could be 40's.

Glad to hear you are getting better day by day. It will take some time but that cough will soon be a thing of the past, too. Squats! OMG! My knees couldn't do it. Good luck with that challenge.

Sandy, I have a steel rod through one knee. I can do this just adapted some that's why I can't do full squats without hanging on to a support.
