The weekend turned into chilly, cloudy, drizzle and windy with chill factors in the 30's. Nothing accomplished outside. Did inside things and took 90 year old neighbor to the grocery store on Sunday.

1st real workout since the bronchitis hit, have done bits and pieces for a few minutes the past 2 weeks. Made it through a 30 minute TRX workout minus the last 7 minutes of planks, arms and legs were already shaking and also did 100 squats in the challenge at work. Between the 2 160 2 leg squats and 60 one leg ones. Might have some achey glutes tomorrow. So feel good about getting as far as I did.
