Took off a few days (Keto), starting on Christmas Day to eat some things I haven’t eaten much of for a while. Like (a lot) Chocolate, cake, little bit of bread, quesadillas, potato soup, some pasta at Olive Garden, etc. ...1-2 Days turned quickly into 4 Days, some renewed cravings returned and 8.8 pounds in 4 Days. The past three days, I’ve been recording my intake again and staying inside Keto as I did starting in Sept 2017. The part I didn’t realize then, was how fast I could add 8-10 lbs in a few days. It is super easy to intake 3500-5000 Calories daily at home during holiday activities and only shave back off half that much in the same period since I’m not working out yet. Eating right is going to bee 🐝 the new normal this year and Going forward. One day off can only be one day and then back at it.

I am 29.8 lbs less than day one of 2017. My lipids improvements are the best they have been in 10 years or so. I will plan on ending 2018 at 30 lbs less again. So Jan 1, 2019 goal weight is 180 with more muscle tone than today (it’s been 9 years and my lipids were not great then)
2017 was a good year in many ways and Good Lord Willing, 2018 will be better. I have changed/improved many daily routines in 2017. That is my plan going forward to improve on my daily improvements.
