Note to self: drinking alcohol completely sabatoges my eating habits. I don't know what is worse - my hangover headache, or having to see all those calories in my food log. Ugh. Drinking three beers is one thing, but when my inhibitions are down a bit, I go to town on the food. Ok, they were multigrain chips, but they were still chips! Before keeping a food journal, I could slip into denial about what I ate, but now I am forced to face it and analyze my food habits. Which is a good thing. I was doing so well yesterday, too! Sigh.
