Latest Omron readings:

Body fat %: 28.7
Weight: 161.5 lb

Distance to goal:

Body fat %: -11.7
Weight: -31.5lb

So doing the low carb bit seems to be really working well, now I just need to get my calorie intake down, i.e, no grazing or binging and reasonable portions/ eating until not hungry, not until "stuffed" or "full". Even though my weight is back up a little my body fat percentage is the lowest yet since I've started taking readings this year.

that's totally me too...I have got to get that calorie count down...but the low carb really does work well and we just have to give it the respect it needs and not work against it by snacking too much or grazing...I'm notorious for that and I'm right there with ya!
