Body fat %: -11.7 Weight: -31.5lb
So doing the low carb bit seems to be really working well, now I just need to get my calorie intake down, i.e, no grazing or binging and reasonable portions/ eating until not hungry, not until "stuffed" or "full". Even though my weight is back up a little my body fat percentage is the lowest yet since I've started taking readings this year.
