Very happy with my weight at the moment 😀😀😀 I stopped logging food again, as I'm rather busy and don't really feel the need. I think the way that maintenance will work out for me is:
- Most of the time sticking roughly to plan with my new eating habits. - Sometimes going off plan to a greater or lesser extent. - Continuing to weigh daily. - Logging food and exercise any time I put on weight and it's not going off again. Weight always goes off when I log everything!
I've set myself a small range to stay within, where the lower end is represented by my 'goal weight' on FS, and my upper end is set as my 'start weight'. The range is about 5lb, and each of the progress bar colours (blue, green, yellow, orange, red) is about 1lb. Blue and green are okay to be in. Yellow is borderline, and I need to start paying attention to my eating. Orange definitely means I need to make an effort. And red - well, red is serious! I'm a visual person, and it's a nice clear way to see how I'm doing 😀
