I have been upset lately. I diet all week, work out all week and no weight loss. Its been weeks, I forget about dieting for three days and now look I gain two pounds. Will go back to it again. I have the fitbit but I don't like how they document the food. I prefer here but I need to see how I can make my fitbit work for me.

May I make an observation? Your sodium is often very very high - should be around 2600-2800. And your fats also are a very high percentage of your total calories shoul be well below 30% most days. Those two things could be what is stalling your weight loss.

Definitely I would say my sodium I can't seem to get it under control. But my fat, that I can control when I am good all week. It is mostly on the weekend when I don't cook my sodium and fat climbs up. Thank you.
