This morning started at a local health and fitness program and was an eye opener to say the least. No more starting and stopping need to stick with this - I have never been this heavy in my entire life and the days of blaming "old lady disease" are over. I need to be accountable for what I put in my body and my lack of getting off the couch. The numbers hurt but it is reality. Wish me luck all I need it.
