It's Friday and since last Sunday I have drop 10lbs.

Yesterday, I ate two large slices of cheese pizza with green peppers and black olives at 3:30pm.
got home from work at 9pm and ate a moderate salad of avocado, tomato, bell peppers, romaine lettuce, celery, cucumbers and a drizzle of vinegar.

Nothing more to say...need to break my bondage to food, the quality of my day due to my physical limitations and my lack of self worth.
