I've been able to balance out my weight at around 180-185. My new increased RDI(200) and activity level(-300-600delta)is maintening me at a steady state. I'm eating a lot more carbs than before so I feel like a pig, still doing weight training every day to keep breaking those muscle fibers which help with calorie burn even when I'm sleeping. I've reduce my cardio to twice a week and usually on the weekends. It's summer so I'm doing a lot outside, I will need to adjust things in the winter so I don't go into fattenning hibernation.
