I've been a bit overweight most of my life. I did get down to 130 lbs a few years ago but have gained 60 pounds in the past 3 years. I have a bucket full of reasons (excuses) for the weight gain but I have decided to not focus on the weight gain but my weight loss journey instead.
I started following Weight Watchers in August and then bought the bodybugg in October...that works great if you are tracking your calories but as I have learned with Jorge Cruise, we don't need to count calories anymore. I lost 13 pounds following WW and using the BB.
My very good friend, Sally, saw an article about the Belly Fat Cure plan 2 weeks ago. We both read it and went right out to buy the book. I started the BFC plan the very next day.
I've only been on the plan for a week but I can already tell that I love it and I feel like this is going to be a lifelong change in my eating habits. I don't miss the "Belly Bad" foods at all....not even my beloved "Diet Dr. Pepper".
This is the year I will reach and maintain my goal weight!!!!
