I'm a 70yr old Scot. Been in South Africa for 31yrs. Have 7 dogs and I teach Obedience classes (for dogs and handlers) every Saturday. I'm an IPO Judge with the Kennel Union of South Africa.

Currently living in Pinetown in KZN.
Been banting since mid-Dec and have lost 25lbs (11.4kgs) so far. Long way to go still,
