Finally after a month stall I dropped a little. I was beginning to get very discouraged. Gosh I hope I can drop another 6lbs by the end of the month..

Still no loss BUT I tried on a pair of pants that was about 4 inches from button to hole from buttoning 3 weeks ago.(Does that make since?) I was at the same weight 3 weeks ago and no way I could even suck into get them to button. r?Yesterday I tried them on again and they buttoned. So as disappointing as it is to see the scale continue to stand still I'm loosing inches. I continue to tell myself a loss is a loss but in the back of my mind I want to see the scale get less than 200lbs.
Side note.. I drink about 72oz of water a day. It is soda water with natural flavors, no added sweeteners, no calories, no carbs. But it does have the ingredient of natural flavoring. From what I have read that could be anything BUT the box says unsweetened. It is bubly brand. Any opinions on this water? This is all I drink and the occasional non carbonated water or coffee. I do add almond milk to my coffee but only have it twice a week.

I've been a bad girl and gave in to finishing food on my kids plates today. Foods that I love and shouldn't have. It is very hard to cook my favorite foods and then see them go to waste and be unappreciated. Also I went to starbucks and had my favorite drink, something that I have managed to not order for 8 weeks. And I had a glass of milk. I think my lack of weight loss encouraged my lack of will power. Trying so hard and not seeing the scale go down is hard. Even when my pants are loss. I read someone else's entry today that gave me a bit of encouragement. And it reminded myself that a loss is a loss. Maybe I'm not seeing it on the scale but if my pants are more loose this week than last then it should still be a loss, right? Well that was my reply to her now it is time I take my own advice and not give in. I just felt like if I'm not going to loose the weight the heck with trying so hard. Tomorrow is a new day and I'm going to do better. I'm hoping to fast until lunch and then eat some eggs or a salad. I want to lessen my dairy intake too, maybe that will help but being a vegetarian it can be hard to find keto friendly foods and get full without the cheese. Wish me luck, I need to get back on track and stop wallowing in my weight loss failure. I haven't gained so at least I have that on my side. But if I keep on the same track as I was on today it is only a matter of time, It doesn't feel good.

A week with no change. Oh well at least it wasn't a gain. I'm now thinking that reaching my monthly goal isn't going to happen. I think I will still be able to get close but 8 pounds in 4 days?? Yeah I'm not going to hold my breath. I however am going to fast for 20 hours and drink lots of H2o. It will be a good start to the week. Happy almost March peoples! Much love to you.

My goal was to loose 3 pounds this week. I was going to weigh in tomorrow but I decided to do it a day early out of convenience and it made my day. I lost 5 pounds and still have a day to go. My monthly goal was to get down to 199 by March 1st. I only have 9 lbs to loose to meet that next goal. If I can manage to NOT slip up I am certain that I can make my goal this month. AND that will mean for the first time in 8 years I will be under 200 lbs. Thank you everyone who encourages me. I am thrilled to have found a diet plan that works for me.
