Did well today. Still didn't eat breakfast. My food was good. My son was having pizza- smelled great. lots of cravings today- especially for a frozen mocha. But I stayed strong! I WILL have a brownie sundae on Saturday, if I can say I've lost 10 lbs total by then. (I think I'll make it!

Weighed in tonight, my weight was even. No loss, no gain. I did weigh in at night, instead of morning, which usually makes a difference. Also, I think I might need to be eating more veggies and less protein. I ate less protein at the beginning of my diet, when I lost 5 lbs. I've eaten a lot more protein this last weekend, and less veggies. I'll focus on more veggies, and a little less protein. The hardest thing is that I'm not really getting enough calories to be healthy. I'm averaging 600-700 calories a day. How much should I up it?

Did well today. My husband came up with a new recipe- carne asada meat soaked in Italian dressing overnight. We grilled it- incredible! A nice change from a salad. (Of course I did have salad on the side). Went food shopping today- got good food.
