People are right. Too much carb=tiredness. I cut it down to ~100 and after 2 days I'm feeling able to move around without feeling like dropping dead. I'll keep up.

Today same like everyday. Work. Then home then pigged on some veggetables , then move around not too much and now in bed feeling sleepy. Around 100 grams of carb consumption.

waist: 64-65 cm
lovehandles: 82 cm
hips:92-93 cm
tight: 55 cm
knee: 41 cm
calf: 36 cm

Today was told I look pale. Was feeling tired, as the kid didn't let me sleep properly last night.
Tomorrow I will not fast. I cannot. I'm too tired and need to sleep and recharge so I can keep going.
This tiredness is constant in my life. I already cut sugars, bread, junkfood(Ok had it 1 time lately will not lie). I don't drink, don't smoke. Trying to exercise as often as possible. Taking supplements, introduced shakes in my daily meals.
Went to SPA. Had massage, sauna.
I am not depressed. I am happy with my life, however I'm very tired especially after coming home from work.
Was reading about passion for life and how much energy other ppl have, and comparing with the most of the time tiredness I have on day to day basis. I would like also to be like those people and have that much energy, wake up fresh , play with the kid, smile run around and all the things.
I am only 28. If I am now such way what will happen when I am 40 or 50?

Been fasting today but ended up eating some guavas in the evening. The rule is smth like as long as all fine fasting, if feeling tired or smth then eat light food.
Tomorrow I will have veggies and fruit, uncooked mostly.Then maybe I might go for one more fasting day, but need to be very careful with such.
The swollen leg is still bothering me. I'm still taking my medication, but the improvement is not that great. Will check the doctor soon to see what else is left to do to get rid of it.
