Saw this today and liked it a lot

* slower = fuller
* you have time to focus on your food
* you digest better
* eating is more enjoyable
* you savour the flavours
5 reasons to eat raw:
* red peppers have more vitamin C
* raw onion is a hunger buster(Never tried that yet)
* raw broccoli is packed with vitamin K
* raw beets are sweeter
* carrots are crunchier
I could think of a lot more :)
