Things have been going okay with points. I managed to still hang on to those four extra weekly points yesterday so hopefully I will do well today. Breakfast was eggs, toast and milk again this morning. Lunch will be a chicken salad and dinner will be chicken and broccoli. I have been doing Tae Bo consistently this week and my muscles are sore, so I am pretty sure my muscles are retaining water. On top of that, I think the past two weeks of bad point counts have finally started to catch up with me. I am hoping to break even (yet again) this week, but the scale this morning shows a bit of a gain. All things considered, I know I have done my best this week, so hopefully having an early dinner tonight coupled with a bit of exercise will help for the official weigh in tomorrow. I tend to be a bit surprised every week, so we will see what happens!

I hope everyone's week is going well and you guys all have a fantastic weekend! It will be challenging for me because I have a friend's bday party to attend at a bar down in Pacific Beach. She is already trying to get me drunk and it isn't even here yet! Hopefully I can refrain from too many drinks and stay within points. I will have to hit the gym tomorrow to get a bunch of activity points to use up!

THANK GOD FOR ACTIVITY POINTS!!! And the weekly points allowance too!!!! Those are saving me this week! I only have four WAPs left and the only reason for that has been my drive for working out this week. I THINK I should be able to pull this week off...as long as I can stay away from the darn store bought sugar cookies at work! Ugh they are killing me! You know those yummy light fluffy flaky cookies with like half an inch of frosting on them...not too bad at four points if you only have one! I had THREE today! AHHHHHHH. I have to keep it under control! I think I can do it...no scratch that...I KNOW I can do it! Send good vibes my way guys! I definitely need it! I think I will put some frozen broccoli in a container tonight so that I can take it to work. it is a good 0 point snack to have while I am at work. Then I can have more for dinner unless I go to the store to pick up another veggie for dinner. Well...I am off to bed. Two more days left...gotta hang in there!

I feel so accomplished! Two nights in a row I have made a healthy chicken dinner for myself and my roommate and two mornings in a row I have cooked myself a healthy breakfast! Hopefully I can keep this up and start cooking more. I really don't like cooking, but the past two days the meals have been so easy it hasn't really bothered me. I don't like the waiting. I hate when a meal takes half an hour to an hour to prepare, then you have to wait forever for it to cook and then the eating is over in like five minutes and all you are left with is the mess you made in the kitchen! I usually do easy stuff like soup, spaghetti os or salads because you only need one pot, a spoon to stir it and eat with and whatever dish you need to put it in! But, a couple of extra dishes hasn't seemed like such a hassel lately and I just exercise while the chicken is marinating in the fridge! Talk about multitasking! So anyway...I am having an okay day. Hubby is not in port anymore (he was in Guam over the weekend) so we are back to just emailing. We did get to see eachother while he was in Guam though! Via webcam! You have to love technology! We are going to try and do it again when he hits his next port. Unfortunately, we couldn't really talk because we were just on yahoo messenger and couldn't figure out if there was a way to do the microphones, but just seeing eachother and chatting back and forth was so nice! I am finding it hard to believe that I may actually pull this week off without going over my weekly points. I am only done with three days of the week, but managed to still keep some of my weekly points. That hasn't happened for a couple of weeks now. I even did Tae Bo tonight. It was only half an hour (I got FIVE activity points for it!), but it took away some of the points I had today...I induldged in a huge chocolate chip cookie from the Nordstrom's Cafe after having Chick Fil A! Ahhh! It was okay though, I kept within my weekly points and had a healthy dinner. I had chicken that had been marinated in a lemon pepper sauce and some steamed broccoli tossed in olive oil, salt and pepper. I didn't think I was capable of making a healthy dinner, but marinading the meat seems to be the trick to making it juicy and not dry. All in all I am doing fairly well this week. Hopefully I can keep it up. I need to get to sleep for now...I am going to see what I can do about getting up in the morning to make myself some breakfast before hopping in the shower. Planning on eggs with toast and maybe a slim fast to polish it off if I am still hungry. I desperately need to go grocery shopping! Maybe I will do that at lunch tomorrow! I hope everyone had a safe holiday weekend and the first day back at work today wasn't so horrible. Have a great week everyone! Good luck this week and keep on tracking those points!
