I was soooo tired yesterday. I took a nap and went to bed at 9. I was going to try to go to Zumba, but I was so exhausted, that I fell asleep in my chair instead.

Then I woke up and my hubby took me to Olive Garden. I got the never ending pasta bowl and was stuffed after a bowl of soup, so I ate a few bites of pasta and then called it the quits. I was still under 1000kcals even after eating Olive garden, and still satisfied. So that made me really happy, because I went there VERY hungry.

I had a pitch-in over the weekend and I ate like crap, but I basically broke even on calories. Only one day of bad eating and the rest have been about 900-1000kcal down, so I'm not going to beat myself up. Esp after losing 1.8lbs over the last week.

Doing strength training with hubby because I promised (although I really would rather go to the movies :).

Hubby and I went to a dance class today. It was so much fun. My work offers them to the community and because I'm an employee I get them at a super rate. We learned a swing dance move (super easy) and the beginning of the Foxtrot. We have never taken a dance class before, so we learned a lot. We have vacation in about 5 weeks, so we are going to be able to get 5 classes in before vacation and we are looking very much forward to dancing during vacation. We really have never danced together before because we never knew how.

Anyway, class got me moving and I got in a few extra steps and burnt a few extra calories. Got a small sundae at Dairy Queen on the way home as a treat.

Still keeping 1000 less calories than I'm burning all this week and the scale is finally moving in the downward direction again.

Still a tiny bit tired. I am fighting off the remnents of this cold.

I burnt 2966 kcals yesterday!! Holy cow.
Weighed in at my bodpod today, lost 1.2 lbs. 11.5 lbs overall over the last 6 months. Really wanted to lose more than that at the start of the program, but I have only been dedicated with my calorie counting over the last 2 months or so. If anything, this program has taught me a lot and had improved my calorie counting. I have a metabolism test in 2 weeks and I am really interested in what that is going to be in comparision to my Bodymedia fit. I have a feeling the dietian is going to increase my calorie target range. I also put some lean mass back on (after losing some over the last couple of weeks).

Went to Costco last night and found some Vitatop muffins. I have heard of them, but never tried them before. 100kcals, 4 grams protein, and 9 grams of fiber. Figured it would be a good snack. Tried one today....pretty good. Also found some shrimp wonton soup. 110 kcals per bowl, so thought it would be good to buy for lunch. Haven't tried it yet.
