I totally went over my calories today. For some reason my calories went to fast before I ate my dinner. I usually am bad on the weekends. Will be more aware tomorrow.

Went over again, I am good all day but at night time dinner is not planned like I plan during the day and it gets out of hand. Gonna have to start planning all three meals out. Its hard when my spouse don't always eat what I am eating.
At least I been working out in the morning with the UFC 30 day challenge. Its kicking my ass!

I weigh myself everyday so I can see where I went wrong. So I noticed I did go over my calories on Sunday and ate a processed pizza with my kids. That must be the weight gain.

Went and bought some vitamins and a book on hypothyroidism. Some shopping at Whole Foods, starting tomorrow with this change. Lets see how it goes.
