Sober yesterday. Ate a sausage during my 4 hour bike ride, and it did the trick. Used to eat nothing, and felt 'drunk' at the 3 hour mark.
Went by the temple, and saw they had a market going on. Looked nice, so I snapped a photo. Not open when I went by.
After the ride I did have rice. Not sure if it did anything good, but didn't feel bad either. Rice certainly is more friendly than wheat as far as I can tell so far.
Enjoyed eating far less yesterday. Think I'm fatigued by this high volume meat eating. Will make more stuff in the kitchen today, with high focus on rich nutrition.

Plan for October is emerging, and that is in a nutshell higher quality, lower quantity.
Seeing that my hair color is coming back recently is a considerable motivator.
Getting used to seeking nutrition outside the plant kingdom is hard. Takes time to break down the barriers, and get comfortable with it.

Joyful Pain 😃 Had to smile when I picked up a plastic shopping basket at the supermarket yesterday... pain in the arms. Turning the wheel while driving was also painful. Good pain. Makes me feel deserving of the meat I eat.
Went to get white rice yesterday, and plan to have some as a delayed dessert after first having a solid protein load after hard exercise.
With my history of abuse of delightful carbs, plain tasteless rice feels right as a way to help the liver.
Without any carb intake at all, my liver makes sure to keep my glycogen stores at a normal level. It takes 3 hours of moderate non-stop bicycling before I start to feel my reserves go down. I recognize it by feeling drunk.
When lifting weights without any carb intake, my reserves feel like they refill quick. Busy liver. The body talks, and listening to it has become my foundation.

This is my kind of 'biscuit'. Been lifting weights for about three hours, and feel I need a snack. Just had two of these 10oz mixed meat patties... Feel good to get a good day of lifting in.

Started this morning with coffee, eggs and some fatty meat as usual. Warm up and try bench press. Big smile 😃 yay,did 20 easy. My max was 15 only a few days ago.
Little things like that makes it fun to lift.
