Day 3 of BFC over 40 plan, not sure, but it looks like I lost another 1/2 inch from my waist. I've pulled out the old George Foreman Grill. It sure helps, with grilling all this meat. It does a nice job on sliced zucchini too. I'm just not used to actually cooking all three of my meals everyday. I like the simple microwaved oatmeal for breakfast or a slice turkey, cheese, tortilla roll up for lunch. It's a simple easy plan to follow, just a little more kitchen prep than I typically do for myself.
Well here's to losing 4 or more lbs this week.

Day 2 of the women over 40 BFC plan. I'm trusting Jorge on this one. I feel like I'm eating too much. I'm so full...

Ok I'm starting the BFC plan for Women over 40 today. I'm committed to following this plan for a week. I've just finished my breakfast and I feel really full. Normally I would have eaten half that. At this moment I can't even image fitting in his suggested snacks. We'll see. So I guess next week I'll weigh in on Thursday.
Has anyone else tried this plan?

Well, it's disappointing to see I only lost 1/2 .lb. I kept to the BFC plan and carefully counted my carbs up until the weekend. I had to go out of town for Friday, Saturday and Sunday and was unable to plan everything and do exact calculations. I did not knowingly eat sugar, and tried to avoid all hidden sugars. I know I wasn't keeping as hydrated and it was tough getting enough fiber. It's possible I went over on my carbs, but I the only bread I ate was whole wheat tortillas.
I just need to get back on track this week and hopefully next Tuesday there will be less of me to weigh. I have lost a total of 4 inches from my waist, which is good.

Had a great weekend, but I was out of town and not able to measure carb and sugar grams exactly. I don't think I've gained any weight, but don't think I've lost either. We'll see when I weigh in tomorrow. I'm also hoping to get to the grocery store today so I can start that "Women over 40" diet with BFC.
Getting back to recording meals here again, which really seems to help me keep on track.
