Think I have a problem with my scale. First it doesn't move and then it's down over 2 lbs.

Didn't even want to record my foods and weight from the weekend. SOOOOO bad.
Didn't pay attention to the carbs - SOOOOOOOOOO BAD. I felt even worse knowing I just went off the deep end. And to make matters worse - I didn't even enjoy the French toast (no syrup) or the Mexican dinner out.
Started back on Monday and keeping on track now. Gained .4 lbs - guess it could have been worse.
Does it make anyone else bad when the chart pops up and says at the rate you are going it will take you 9 months to reach your goal? I know it's helpful - but can be very depressing sometimes.

Really lost it yesterday. Don't know why. Ate biscut withn dinner, haven't had in 6 weeks. But was back on the wagon today. It will take a couple of days to undo my screw up yesterday.
