How could have I lost a pound after I had pizza and icecream last night lol, the pizza was gluten free, icecream was not :(

So It's been about 2 months and 5 days since my last weigh in, and I've only lost 1.8 pounds, could've been more strict on myself with working out and eating a lot healthier, haven't necessarily gone all crazy with eating bad, had my cheats here and there mostly with beer, still a tad bit strict with no wheat so far so good. My friend and I have decided to do 4 month weight loss challenge it started on January and we are now on our last 30 days, so that means I have 30 days to push hard, I put myself on a 30 day fitness challenge, I'm not going to get the "amaze" body I want but it will be a start to push myself towards my goals and want to see how good the results will be, so far I've lost 6.6 pounds so I'm very happy about that!

I think I'm going to make it without any alcohol/wine I have 6 days so far & I have a weightloss due date for July 20th, to get to 115 which gives me 5 months & 6 days, but by this time I'm going to continue with the no wheat diet & also no alcohol, I think I could do this! This is the first step, no wine for valentines :( but oh well, hot & healthy body coming my way! There's always an event or occasion that always comes up or stops you from starting your personal goals but what better time then now, no more excuses!

Another pound lost WHOOP! WHOOP!, I haven't weighed this low since 2 years ago! I'm so glad I'm dropping weight, it keeps me motivated to keep going...
