Well I haven't been following things for some reason got off track not certain why so I need to get back on the ride and finish this so I am working to stay with this not certain why it is such a struggle...now spring is right around the corner and can't wait to say good by to the cold weather.....hope all is good for everyone else

Few days late on weigh in doing more cardio strength training Just starting it so Im going to see how this goes besides walking....yippee

Im kinda in a funk the last week and I feel I am not trying as hard as I as I need to be. I get in this mode of why do this even though I know the reasons behind it. Not certain if it has to do with crazy weather or boredom.I need to find an exercise that i truly love besides walking and hiking. So Ill exercise and hope it pulls me out of it.
