I've been sick with flu for awhile and have not been able to go to
my meetings but am back on track and losing!

I was happy with my last weigh in last Sat. keeping my fingers crossed for this week. Never pass out candy when you are hungry!
I should have known better but they were are ready coming to the door as I was pulling in the yard from work! Gave in to pressure from six year olds!

After work hunger strikes again, on my way to work out (which i did for
45 min) bag of tortilla chips on table not even sure how many i ate! thank god for flex points but i did not want to use them for chips!
what do any of you do to hold off hunger before dinner?

i was really happy with my loss this week. I just need to keep doing what i did last week. Wrote in my journal, drank water, ate in point range, worked out every day
