My diet for 10-14-2018 (goal 2100 calories):
Breakfast typical: 602 calories
Lunch 2 tacos: 630 calories
Snack typical: 170 calories
Dinner 2 tacos: 630 calories
Daily total: 2032 calories
Summary day 03: Hey...I made my goal today! Successful day 😎

OOPS, forgot 1 cup of coffee (cream & sweetener) 100 calories. Breakfast total is now 1276 calories.
Lunch typical: 290 calories! Maybe I will make my goal and had my cake too...maybe.
Dinner typical: 755 calories (including an Oreo cookie)
Daily total: 2321 calories...not bad considering my RDI is 2100 to lose weight. Not heading to the scale any time soon though. At least this is better than my maintain weight RDI! I'm happy with today.

My diet for 10-13-2018 (goal 2100 calories):
Breakfast typical: 402 + 774 = 1176 calories
2 years sober celebration was 10-12-2018 so I have a week I may or may not hit my goal. This morning I have small cake (see pic), small coffee cake and a chocolate bar donut for the additional 774 calories. I should be able to make my maintain weight though...I am trying to!
Note to self: Make a template for these entries. Done, the diet should be that easy!

My diet for 10-12-2018 (goal 2100 calories):
Breakfast typical: 572 calories
Lunch typical: 360 calories
Snack typical: 100 calories
Dinner not-so-typical, ate out (Fuddruckers + cake+4): ~ 1500 calories
Daily total: 2532 calories
Summary day 1: I was 432 calories above my goal. Friday I tend to eat out and had
cake for a celebration (only 1 piece!). This intake will maintain my current weight so let's see how I do tomorrow (goal 2100 calories)!

My typical daily diet, not too typical* but here is an average:
Breakfast: Apple, Banana, Orange, Carrot, 2 - Nature Valley Bars = 572 Calories
Lunch: 1 - Costco Burrito or 1 - Costco Jimmie Deans Sandwich, 1 Bar = 390 Calories (high side, Jimmie Deans = 260 Calories)
Dinner: Costco Chicken Pot Pie, 1 Bar = 710 Calories
Daily intake on this diet = 1672
*Additionally I may add 3 - 6 pieces of cake or whatever plain sugar @ 400 Calories each just because I did not count any of this before today! My god that could be my whole RDI!!! without eating anything else food...eye opener, YIKES. Time to stop that!
