I cannot lose weight anymore it seems. I guess for me that's it. 58 kg. Probably time to enter maintenance. In spite of calorie restrictions and sport the scale doesn't wish to show less.
I would honestly like to look better,but I just don't know how to make it better than this. I will post a before and after picture(need to find them).
In all this 1 year and a half what I learned is written everywhere:
-eat quality food , varied, watch portions and calories,3-4-5-6 times /day depending on the wish/program.
-exercise(cardio, strength, stretching).
It is that simple.

Started day with 2 spoons of peanut butter. It's very filling. Lets hope we have good energy today, as tomorrow it's the scale day. I'm a bit emotional thinking about the scale because it's been almost 2 weeks of serious exercise and proper dieting, and I hope hard work comes back as good result.
21 days left of the jeans challenge(squats, lunges, side kicks, bending stretching), 25 days left of squat challenge and also 25 days left of crunches.
I'm thinking what to do after this. Either one more set of those or something like fitness blender. usually I'm getting bored faster so always need to change routines and food and all.
I saw in the workouts if I have here and there a free day like 4 days workout, 1 free day it's easy for me to keep up. I'm good in doing gym routines like strength training and even some degree of cardio(jumping jacks and other things like such), but do not send me to run because I hate it. I would happily play badminton and volleyball for hours, but I would absolutely dread a boring workout routine.

Some sore leg muscles due to squats. The weighting time is approaching. Saturday. Will see if got down to 57 kg or still at 58. If I'm still at 58 then I'll higher both the food and the exercise.
I know I'll not be able to go lower than 50 kg. It will not be healthy. I have around 24-26% body fat as per those online calculators. Maybe I have more...
Anyway it's not easy. The whole process is very difficult. that's the truth. You have to work very hard and push yourself allot and keep going.
It's been already 1 year and a half. I've lost a bunch of weight. Still have more to lose. i'm pushing myself. Day after day.
I'm dreading thinking that I'll wake up earlier to work out more...6 o'clock....It's awful but I really wish to lose this weight.

I'm pushing harder. I'm in the middle of a 40 days challenge with the aim to decrease the jeans size. I'm not sure if I've succeeded decreasing the size of my jeans but certainly they seem a bit looser. Maybe until the end I will be 1 size less.
In the same time doing that well know 30 day squat challenge. People got good results with it. Whoever had good/average joints give it a try.
