Renewed membership with Jenny Craig for another year. Purchased food from JC for the week. Will try not to eat any extra not on the menu and see what one week what I can do.

Finally lost a little weight. My work schedule last week I had to get up about 2 hours earlier. I tried not to eat my regular meals early though - that may have helped. This week I work my regular schedule.

I still can't get myself back into eating more vegetables - or at least salads with tomatoes That will help me to lose weight again. Best of luck to all of us here this week with the extra foods and desserts for Christmas. Merry Christmas to All and we will get through this and get to healthier eating and moving at the end of the week.

Gained! Another time that I ate later in the evening so I did not burn the extra calories off before going to bed. I will try harder not to eat so late this next week.

Gained a little from last week. I ate dinner late last night which may have been part of the increase. My work and home life schedules have been different and I can't get in a good eating schedule, let alone, any exercise or walking (I hate walking out in the cold and can't make myself go to the rec center near us to walk the indoor track). I was hoping to be at my goal weight by Dec 24 this year.
